Doggie Central Registration
Please click "Register Now" to register through our website. You can also fill out our Enrollment Application form pdf (right/below in mobile) and email it to our office (info@doggiecentral.com) before you call to make an appointment.
We require the following vaccines:
- Bordetella
- Canine Influenza Bivalent
- DAPP
- Leptospirosis
- Rabies
All dogs must be neutered/spayed after 1 year of age.
All Dogs residing in Los Angeles County must be registered with LA County and have a dog license.
